Position: Technology Specialist

We are selectively seeking a motivated, dynamic, and highly organized individual with at least 2 years of relevant technical and operational experience to be a part of our Operation Team. The Technology Specialist will assist the firm by performing the following responsibilities:

  • Support and continue to build out robust CRM solution. Manage upgrades to system. Ongoing staff training and develop CRM “How‐To” manual
  • Support portfolio accounting software, provide ongoing training and monitor upgrades to ensure it meets the needs of the firm and our clients
  • With support from our outsourced IT vendor (Unapen), evaluate and implement technical hardware solutions for 3 offices including computer, network infrastructure/hardware and leasing needs
  • Monitor and evaluate three office network infrastructures to ensure they are fully functional and meeting the needs of each office, including working with vendors related to their connectivity (Fiber, Cable, Phones, etc.)
  • Oversee outside IT support firm (Unapen) and work with them to ensure we are continually protecting our network environment including upgrades to routers and firewalls
  • Oversee OS33 relationship and ensure WorkPlace is enabled firmwide. Monitor reporting to ensure company computers are secure and compliant
  • Perform oversight on phone system (RingCentral) including adding new users, training, evaluating upgrades and ensuring that Crestwood takes advantage of future functionality
  • Monitor vendors, specifically ensuring that any vendor that houses client personally identifiable information (PII) has been properly evaluated to ensure data integrity
  • As needed, support other teams with their evaluation of software to ensure data privacy, technical support needs will be met (Financial planning, Research and Trading)
  • Assist with Crestwood’s Business Continuity Policy (BCP) and Cybersecurity planning, implementation, documenting, and training
  • Respond to technical requests from staff in regard to computer issues, software and phone system as needed

Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience with Salesforce/Practifi
  • Previous experience with Black Diamond a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must have at least 1‐2 years of relevant work experience
  • Must be a team player
  • College degree required
