Prior to forming Crestwood Advisors, John was a Managing Director with Bingham Legg Advisers LLC in Boston, MA. He successfully initiated that firm's effort to develop and broaden new distribution channels and client development and servicing activity for Bingham Legg's investment and family office services through third party intermediary relationships and professional service providers. During his tenure at Bingham Legg, John built a broad infrastructure to service third party intermediaries and developed numerous new client relationships.
In his previous experience, John was a Partner and Senior Vice President at the Boston-based investment banking firm, Corby Capital Markets, serving as the firm's sales manager and providing fixed income coverage to middle-market institutional investors. Prior to this, he was with Chicago-based investment firm Wayne Hummer & Co. John received his B.A. from Kenyon College and his MBA from F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.
